The late Paul Mitchell will be honored at the annual “Beauty Changes Lives Experience” co-hosted by Americas Beauty Show and Pivot Point International.
The annual legacy honorees are chosen by the directors of Beauty Changes Lives Foundation, which is a board of some of the worlds top leading beauty brands and influencers.
Previous receivers of this special award, which recognizes an industry professional whose career defined a commitment to support and empower the next generation of beauty and wellness have been Vidal Sassoon 2012, Tippi Hedren 2013, Leo Passage 2015, Howard Murad, MD 2016, Sydell&Arnold Miller 2017 and Horst Rechelbacher 2018.
Paul Mitchell is an Icon in the world of hairdressing, he revolutionized the art and science of hairstyling while transforming the way the world looks at hair care.
Mitchell pioneered innovations that ranged from alternative energy systems, cruelty-free product testing and using natural ingredients such as the Hawaiian Awapuhi wild ginger still one of the main ingredients in PM products.
Paul Mitchell’s son Angus Mitchell will accept the award honoring his father’s legacy.
